The English in Tourism certification program consists of approximately 50 hours of guided instruction, interactive practice, and real-world communication tasks designed to prepare candidates for professional use of English in tourism settings.

At the end of the course, participants take a comprehensive computer-based examination that evaluates their ability to understand and use English effectively in authentic workplace scenarios. The assessment covers all four core language skills:
